CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

Requests for refunds or cancellation of courses submitted two days before attending the class will be approved. Reimbursements, minus a $25 administration fee, will be issued by cheque. If the request for refund is issued one day prior to class, reimbursements will be issued, minus a $50 administration fee.

Failure to attend group classes will not entail individual students for refunds and substitutive tutorials. The Spanish Institute reserves the right to postpone any class, endeavoring to notify the student. All refunds are at the discretion of the Spanish Institute
