Requests for refunds or cancellation of courses submitted up two days before starting the course will be approved, minus a $35 administration fee. If the request for refund or cancellation is submitted less than two days prior to starting the course, reimbursements will be issued, minus a $65 administration fee. Failure to attend classes will not entitle to refunds and substitutive classes. The Spanish Institute reserves the right to postpone any class, endeavoring to notify the student. All refunds are at the discretion of the Spanish Institute.
